Wills and Trusts Chair – Of Counsel
Mr. Gianesin received his Bachelors Degree from Colorado College, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Utah College of Law.
Mr. Gianesin is a founding member of the Kenya Self Help Project, a student scholarship and community development program based in Kendu Bay, Kenya. He is also an active Member and Ambassador of both the Irvine Chamber of Commerce and the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Gianesin holds a Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative designation through FINRA, which allows him to remain current on investment cycles and vehicles for business clients.
Mr. Gianesin serves The Law Offices of Kermit D. Marsh as the lead on Wills, Trusts and Estates, as well as Business Entity Formation.
